12th March 2016 BOTK event and Chapter BBQ

Calling all Chapter Chef’s and Chefess’s (ok you know what I mean!) Can we have some helpers please for the Chapter BBQ for this Saturday 12th March to assist with BBQ between 10am (set up) cooking from 11am until 2pm and then clean up?

Menu this week will be Cheesy Chilli Dogs and Cheese’n’Bacon Burgers as well as some vegetarian Cheese dogs and burgers.

Already have a couple volunteer but some extra pairs of hands would be lovely. Drop me an email or leave me a message here so I know to expect you.

Hi All, Please see if you can spare sometime to help, we raised ?1,723 last year just from the BBQ’s and Food at Newmarket! (plus more ?’s from the raffle prizes at the Winter Ball/Rally etc). This meant that we could donate ?3,300 at the recent cheque presentation to EACH, what a fantastic thing to be able to do!…. Bet we can beat it this year though!

Any help you can give to your Chapter will be much appreciated 🙂

N.B. This years charity is East Anglia Air Ambulance

Hi All, What a fantastic day yesterday was! Massive thank you to Alan, Elizabeth, Roger, Bridget, Ali, Woz, Lindz and Shrek for helping out all day, you guys raised ?402 on the BBQ and Ali doubled up and even sold a load of Chapter Merchandise and signed some new members up! ? Thank you to everyone who came along on the day, look out for our next event at Newmarket? Poker Run on 21st May, but before than we have the Custom Show & Open Day next Saturday at Norwich, then St Tropez 🙂

Good morning all, firstly i would like to say what a great weekend we had & the money which was raised too !
