    Shrek, Sorry to hear this news mate, don’t know what happened but thankfully you seem to be ok, well sort of.
    Get well soon bud, remember it’s shiny side up.

    The other good news is that the first two paramedics in attendance who removed your bandanna have got over the original shock and with continued support and long term therapy are expected to make a full recovery.

    Shrek is home feeling ruff but home and healing

    Feeling Rough….. I will get there. Pain when breathing. Cos of partly collapsed lung. 3 bust ribs. One busted shoulder. Yeah feeling great …. lucky for me I wear flip lid. Time is a healer. Don’t know what happened. Trying to put things together. I remember nothing!!!! Partly came two with paramedics. Don’t remember ambulance ride to hospital. Now off to hospital for more checks. See how I’m healing I hope. Ride Safe
