    St Ives Festival of Motorcycles

    What?s at the destination? Annual festival of Motorcycles with live entertainment, food stands, trade stands and motor bikes galore of all types. Everything kicks off at 10 and goes on ’til 4. Newmarket Harley-Davidson will have a stand so stop by and say hello!.

    St Ives has all facilities and is a ten minute ride back to A14

    What type of roads? Mixture of A and B roads

    General note:
    Please ensure you have a full tank and your bike is in good condition, also wear riding gear relevant to the conditions. You are responsible for your own safety, the Road Captain will give a brief before departure, please ask any questions at this time

    To take part in a closed ride you must be a current member of the Fenlanders Chapter and hold a valid National H.O.G membership. Non Fenlanders (Guest) riders will be allowed to attend a maximum of 2 closed rides. All riders must be on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle and the rider must be a current valid H.O.G member. The 2 guest rides would normally be a local area ride and a full Chapter ride. These tasters are to encourage the rider to join the Chapter (Guests must sign an insurance declaration)

    Thanks, Woz, for leading a very nice ride to this. There were twelve bikes, I think, and no rain.

    The Festival was not bad, but there was a distinct lack of food stalls. And the St Ives tattoo parlour was “Closed on Sundays”!
